I founded HR Liberty Consulting in 2016, specializing in designing Human Resources solutions that continue to move small businesses forward. After earning a B.Sc. in Management, with a concentration in Human Resources in 2005, and managing small business HR departments for the following decade, I changed my focus to bringing my extensive Personnel and HR knowledge to small growing businesses, eliminating the need to hire full time permanent HR Managers. I believe that when you don’t have to focus on avoiding labor lawsuits and ever changing regulations, you have the time and money to drive your business toward continued success.
When I’m not updating policies to meet changing regulations, or mediating employee complaints you can find me hiking to mountain peaks, skiing deep powder, or grilling the weekend’s catch for dinner.
